Eager to integrate today’s challenges into our global policy, Hexcel understands the importance of professional equality. We are committed to promoting daily professional equality by:
- Developing diversity in employment and recruitment
- Ensuring equality in compensation policies for equal skills, qualifications, responsibilities and results
- Ensuring career paths have equal possibility for men and women ;
- Encouraging work/life balance.
On September 1, 2019 the French government requested "Over-250-Employee" companies publish an index on professional equality. From March 1, 2020 this will also apply to "Over-50-Employees" companies. The index lists 5 key equality indicators like compensation, promotion and general equality within the business.
