Hexcel has established the following long-term sustainability targets to be achieved by 2030. These goals were developed to further our global commitment to a healthier, safer, and more sustainable future for our people and our planet.

A cross-functional team of Hexcel leaders, led by our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and overseen by senior executive leadership, is responsible for leading our sustainability strategy and executing our sustainability initiatives, goals, policies and disclosures. The sustainability strategy team reports directly to the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee of the board.
